At the symbolic ground-breaking for the start of construction of the health park at SILLPARK Innsbruck at the end of July, SES and Vinzenz Gruppe Service jointly gave a strong signal for health in the urban environment. Construction work is already in progress, and the leasing of spaces for clinics and therapy rooms has started. With Innsbruck’s mayor, Johannes Anzengruber, in attendance, the project partners visualized what the new health park represents: modern healthcare, regional responsibility and quality of life in the heart of the city.

Johannes Anzengruber, mayor of the city of Innsbruck:
“The health park is being developed at the SILLPARK shopping center, a place that is well-known and familiar to all residents of Innsbruck. Its central location ensures that access to the health park, and thus to primary healthcare services, is as low-threshold as possible. Visitors will have straightforward access to doctors, therapists and nurses, and they will find pharmacies and a variety of medical practices all in one place. For the residents of Innsbruck, this direct access to medical services, treatment and care is a significant advancement of the local healthcare infrastructure.”

The new health park at SILLPARK is being realized in an area of around 3,000 square meters on the second floor. Construction work is in full swing, while the center operates as normal. Together with Vinzenz Gruppe Service as SES’s joint venture partner, a future-oriented medical care center that serves the public interest is being constructed on the second floor of the mall, accommodating not only general practitioners but also medical specialists, therapists and other health service providers under one roof. Completion is planned for fall 2026.

Talks with medical specialists, therapists and health service providers have just begun, with the project already generating significant interest. This positive response is an early indicator of the location’s high quality. Selection is in the hands of Vinzenz Gruppe Service. Inquiries can be sent directly to Vinzenz Gruppe Service: Open your practice at the SILLPARK health park (link to German-language site).

Christoph Andexlinger, CEO of SES, and Michael Heinisch, CEO of Vinzenz Gruppe Service, are in agreement:
“With the health park at SILLPARK we are creating a new offering at the heart of people’s everyday life – easily accessible, uncomplicated and forward-looking. The combination of an optimal location, robust infrastructure and a varied mix of sectors makes SILLPARK the ideal place for modern healthcare and preventive services. Together we are setting a milestone for sustainable healthcare provision in the urban environment – and thus keeping one of the most popular locations in Innsbruck attractive and multifunctional for the long term. Mayor Johannes Anzengruber has endorsed the arrival of the health park from the beginning. We thank him for his exceptional support for this project.”
